Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stock in designated warehouse zones
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification training)
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Inspect and package products to ensure damage-free delivery
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Valid government-issued photo ID and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
