Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials within the facility.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.

- Accurately document inventory movements and verify shipments against packing lists.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
- Stack and organize pallets in designated areas to maximize storage space.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Forklift Operator Certification (Must be present at interview).
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Basic computer skills for scanning and inventory tracking.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
