Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and stage inventory with precision.
- Ensure the safe and efficient movement of materials within the warehouse and dock areas.
- Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections and maintenance checks on all equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock to maximize warehouse efficiency.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Proven experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse or distribution setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
