Responsibilities
- Operate Heavy Machinery: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, load, and unload materials in the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and stage inventory orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine pre-shift inspections on forklifts and report any mechanical issues to management immediately.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Work Ethic: Demonstrated reliability and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screening.
