Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, order pickers) to load, unload, and move materials within the facility.
- Ensure all cargo is handled with care and placed in designated storage locations to prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads and warehouse managers to meet daily production goals and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Willingness to obtain a valid forklift operator certification (training provided).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Basic reading and math skills for inventory tracking.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and attention to detail.
