Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from the warehouse shelves according to pick tickets and orders.
- Inspect items for quality and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Utilize warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts to move stock efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to the supervisor immediately.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and bending for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Reliable transportation to the workplace.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends if necessary.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to use handheld scanners.
