Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Ensure all items are correctly labeled and packaged to meet strict quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the warehouse.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Verify inventory levels and report discrepancies to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management software (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Chicago facility.
- Must be available for full-time shifts (Day, Swing, or Night shifts available).
