Your Role:
You will be responsible for selecting and preparing products for shipment with precision and speed. This entry-level position is perfect for those looking to start a career in warehousing and logistics.
Responsibilities
- Accurate Picking: Retrieve merchandise from warehouse shelves and bins based on customer orders and pick tickets.
- Safe Packing: Pack items securely into boxes, ensuring proper labeling, sealing, and weight distribution.
- Inventory Management: Scan barcodes using handheld RF scanners to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems as required.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company quality guidelines.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to get to the facility.
- Documentation: Must be able to provide a valid ID and pass a background check.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
