Responsibilities
- Pick and pack items from shelves using handheld scanners and pick tickets to fulfill customer orders.
- Ensure all products are accurately labeled, packed, and prepared for shipping.
- Inspect merchandise for any damage or defects before packing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment (tuggers, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily productivity targets and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred (on-the-job training provided for candidates without).
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Willingness to work in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
