Responsibilities
- Select and verify products from warehouse shelves using handheld scanners and pick tickets.
- Package items securely for shipment using appropriate materials and techniques.
- Inspect merchandise for defects and ensure packaging quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Load and unload pallets or conveyors efficiently to keep operations moving.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff to resolve issues.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods (8+ hours per shift).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills to read labels and follow instructions.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
