Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack merchandise from shelves based on digital order tickets.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging is secure and properly labeled.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and stock organization.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (certification provided upon hiring).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other departments to streamline warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable mode of transportation and be available for full-time shifts, including weekends.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to minimize errors in picking and packing.
- Communication: Basic ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates with no experience.
