Your Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Verify accuracy of all items against customer purchase orders to minimize errors.
- Ensure all packaging materials are used correctly and orders are securely sealed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hiring).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and hourly productivity goals.
Your Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with scanning technology is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in various temperature-controlled environments.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
