Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Efficiently select, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock locations are organized and accessible.
- Equipment Usage: Safely operate handheld scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts as required by the role.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect items for defects and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, orderly, and safe in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Shipping & Receiving: Assist in loading and unloading trucks and verifying incoming and outgoing shipments.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training provided.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to focus on tasks and minimize errors in data entry and product handling.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to communicate effectively with team leaders.
