Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack items according to customer orders and warehouse standards.
- Verify item quantities, labels, and packaging integrity before shipping.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts) safely and efficiently.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely processing of orders.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners or RF guns.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable transportation to the workplace.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; on-the-job training provided.
