Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials to and from the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain organized stock areas.
- Package, label, and prepare products for shipment with precision and speed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Operate scanning equipment (RF guns) to track inventory movement.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
