Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from trailers using forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Package and prepare items for shipping according to company safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock checks accurately.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management software to track shipments.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality assurance procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training for the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory management.
- Reliable transportation to the Los Angeles facility.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (loading dock operations).
