Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS systems
- Manage stock rotation and FIFO protocols to ensure product freshness
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and update inventory records in real-time
- Generate weekly inventory reports for management review
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to resolve stock variances
- Maintain accurate digital and physical inventory documentation
- Support annual physical inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years inventory or warehouse management experience
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
