Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS systems
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with precision and documentation accuracy
- Maintain real-time inventory data in ERP platforms (SAP/Oracle)
- Collaborate with logistics team to optimize stock allocation and reorder points
- Generate inventory reports for management review and strategic planning
- Implement FIFO protocols and quality control measures for perishable goods
- Train staff on inventory management procedures and compliance standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of inventory management experience in a warehouse/distribution setting
- Proficiency with WMS/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred)
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10 training a plus
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail (±0.1% accuracy standard)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate in climate-controlled environments
- Associates degree in Supply Chain or Business Administration
- Experience with barcode scanning and RFID technology
