Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using RF scanners
- Manage warehouse stock levels with real-time data entry into SAP WMS
- Coordinate with procurement teams for stock replenishment and vendor returns
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols for perishable and time-sensitive goods
- Generate monthly inventory variance reports with actionable insights
- Train junior staff on inventory management best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during quarterly audits
Qualifications
- 3+ years inventory management experience in high-volume distribution centers
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active preferred)
- Expertise in RF scanning technology and barcode systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to 99.9% accuracy
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts
