Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using RF scanners
- Maintain real-time inventory data in WMS and ERP systems
- Coordinate cycle counts and annual physical inventories
- Process receiving, shipping, and transfer documentation
- Generate inventory reports for management analysis
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to resolve stock issues
- Implement inventory control procedures to prevent loss
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, data analysis)
- Forklift certification (OSHA 10-hour certification a plus)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
