Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using ERP systems
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and verify documentation accuracy
- Maintain real-time inventory tracking in WMS platforms
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to optimize stock allocation
- Generate inventory reports for management review
- Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory control methods
- Support annual physical inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years inventory or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong mathematical and data entry skills
- Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of supply chain principles
