Responsibilities
- Maintain real-time inventory tracking across multiple warehouse locations
- Conduct weekly physical counts and reconcile discrepancies using RF scanners
- Generate accurate inventory reports for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with procurement teams on stock replenishment strategies
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols to minimize spoilage
- Train new staff on inventory management systems
- Coordinate with customs brokers for international shipments
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory control experience
- Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- RF scanner certification preferred
- Ability to lift 30 lbs repeatedly
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- OSHA 10 certification
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
