Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and physical inventory audits to maintain 99.5%+ accuracy
- Operate barcode scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time tracking
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and reconcile discrepancies
- Generate inventory reports for management and forecasting purposes
- Collaborate with procurement team to optimize reorder points
- Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory rotation protocols
- Train staff on inventory control procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and barcode systems
- Strong mathematical aptitude and data entry accuracy
- Forklift certification (OSHA 10-hour a plus)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varied warehouse conditions
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
