Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using WMS software
- Manage stock rotation, labeling, and warehouse organization protocols
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and update inventory databases in real-time
- Generate accurate inventory reports for management and compliance purposes
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to optimize stock levels
- Implement cycle count procedures and audit inventory control processes
- Maintain digital and physical documentation with zero-error accuracy
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and data entry skills
- Forklift certification (OSHA-certified) a plus
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license required
