Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies with precision
- Manage real-time inventory updates using WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to optimize stock levels
- Implement FIFO protocols and maintain organized warehouse layout
- Generate monthly inventory reports with actionable insights for leadership
- Train junior staff on inventory best practices and safety protocols
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly compliance reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on inventory management experience in logistics/warehousing
- Proficiency with inventory software (SAP, Oracle, or comparable WMS)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to identify trends and anomalies
- OSHA Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
