Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using WMS systems
- Maintain accurate digital and physical inventory records with zero-tolerance for errors
- Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to support stock replenishment
- Implement FIFO/FEFO protocols and cycle counting procedures
- Generate inventory reports for management and audit compliance
- Operate RF scanners and barcode technology for real-time tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory issues
- Train junior staff on inventory management best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and RF scanners
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Associate's degree in logistics or supply chain preferred
- Experience with inventory audits and reconciliation processes
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
