Responsibilities
- Maintain real-time inventory records using WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Conduct daily cycle counts and quarterly full inventory audits
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through root-cause analysis
- Process receiving, shipping, and transfer documentation
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams for stock optimization
- Generate inventory reports for management review
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with barcode scanners and inventory management systems
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification a plus
- Experience in high-volume e-commerce fulfillment
