Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using ERP systems
- Manage stock levels, track movement, and update inventory databases in real-time
- Process receiving, shipping, and transfer documentation with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize storage layouts and accessibility
- Generate monthly inventory reports and variance analysis for leadership
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
- Train staff on inventory procedures and system usage
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory or warehouse management experience
- Proficiency with inventory software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
