Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using RF scanning technology
- Manage stock rotation and FIFO (First-In-First-Out) protocols to prevent spoilage
- Process receiving, putaway, and shipment documentation with 99.9% accuracy
- Maintain real-time inventory data in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize storage space utilization
- Generate monthly inventory reports for management review
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for inventory accuracy
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficient in RF scanning devices and inventory management software
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Forklift certification (OSHA preferred)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Experience with Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Background check and pre-employment drug screen required
