Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate real-time inventory counts using barcode scanners and ERP systems
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies with purchase orders
- Coordinate shipping/receiving activities to ensure timely stock updates
- Generate inventory reports for management analysis
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols and maintain stock organization
- Collaborate with procurement team on stock replenishment strategies
- Audit inventory records to ensure compliance with company policies
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in inventory management or warehouse operations
- Proficiency with barcode scanners and inventory software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail with data entry accuracy
- Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of supply chain principles
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Tennessee driver's license
