Responsibilities
- Maintain real-time inventory records using ERP systems
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with meticulous documentation
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to optimize storage efficiency
- Generate inventory reports for management review
- Implement FIFO rotation methods for perishable goods
- Support physical inventory audits and compliance checks
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory or warehouse experience required
- Proficiency with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle)
- Strong data entry skills with 98%+ accuracy
- Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic knowledge of OSHA safety standards
