Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 team members in receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations
- Optimize inventory control systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and ensure compliance with company standards
- Train and develop staff through performance coaching and skill-building programs
- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders
- Utilize warehouse management software (WMS) for real-time operational tracking
- Conduct weekly safety audits and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced logistics environment
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficient in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle WMS)
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent communication and team leadership capabilities
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends as needed
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field required
