Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Train and supervise 10-15 team members in safety protocols and procedures
- Implement inventory control systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Conduct regular safety audits and ensure OSHA compliance
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS software
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and safety checks
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports for management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (WMS training provided)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license (required for facility tours)
- No prior warehouse experience needed – training provided!
