Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, assigning daily tasks and ensuring efficient workflow
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols to achieve zero-accident record
- Optimize inventory management systems, including cycle counts and stock rotation
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, ensuring timely dock-to-stock processes
- Analyze KPIs to improve productivity metrics and reduce operational costs
- Train and develop team members on equipment operation and best practices
- Resolve operational challenges and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in distribution/logistics
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operator license
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory software
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development track record
- Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Forklift certification and experience with warehouse automation
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
