Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Operate barcode scanners and RFID systems for real-time tracking
- Maintain accurate digital records in WMS and ERP systems
- Coordinate with procurement and sales teams for stock replenishment
- Prepare monthly inventory reports and variance analyses
- Implement FIFO inventory rotation protocols
- Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory management experience
- Proficiency with WMS/ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Forklift certification (OSHA 10-hour a plus)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Basic knowledge of supply chain principles
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Oregon driver's license
