Responsibilities
- Perform daily physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and spot checks to ensure accuracy.
- Update inventory records in our ERP system using barcode scanners and handheld devices.
- Reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and digital records immediately.
- Assist in organizing warehouse storage areas to optimize workflow and safety.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on stock levels and variances.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to facilitate the receiving and shipping processes.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory control is preferred.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license may be required for local errands.
