Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and monthly physical inventory audits to ensure 100% accuracy of stock levels.
- Update and maintain accurate inventory records in our ERP system (SAP/Oracle) and spreadsheets.
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments, verifying quantities against packing lists.
- Assist in the organization of the warehouse floor to optimize picking and packing efficiency.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost savings.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to order and restock essential supplies and materials.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate degree in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
- Proven experience in inventory management, warehousing, or logistics (1-2 years minimum).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Familiarity with inventory management software or ERP systems is a strong plus.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
- Valid forklift certification preferred but not required.
