Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS software
- Manage stock replenishment processes and optimize warehouse storage layouts
- Coordinate with procurement teams to maintain accurate stock level records
- Generate inventory reports for leadership and regulatory compliance
- Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory rotation procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during audits and physical counts
- Maintain digital and physical documentation with zero tolerance for errors
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' inventory management experience in a warehouse environment
- Proficiency with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and MS Excel
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field preferred
- Experience with RF scanning technology
- Proven problem-solving skills with inventory discrepancies
