Responsibilities
- Maintain real-time inventory counts using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies with meticulous accuracy
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and update inventory databases
- Generate daily inventory reports and audit documentation
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to resolve stock variances
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols
- Train new staff on inventory procedures
Qualifications
- 1+ years of inventory or warehouse experience required
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- RF scanner operation certification preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass background check and drug screening
