Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments to ensure accuracy against purchase orders.
- Process returns and handle damaged goods according to company safety policies.
- Perform regular cycle counts and stock audits using barcode scanners and inventory management software.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Update and maintain digital inventory records in real-time.
- Assist in the layout and organization of stockroom and warehouse areas.
- Communicate any discrepancies in stock levels to the Warehouse Manager immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or inventory role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanners is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Reliable transportation to the Portland location.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
