Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using RF scanners
- Manage inbound/outbound stock movements with WMS system proficiency
- Maintain accurate digital records in SAP and maintain physical warehouse organization
- Coordinate with purchasing team to optimize stock levels and prevent shortages
- Generate inventory reports for leadership and support month-end audits
- Train junior staff on inventory protocols and safety procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory issues
Qualifications
- 3+ years inventory management experience in fast-paced warehouse environments
- Proficiency with WMS/SAP systems and RF scanning technology
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail (±99.9% accuracy)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid Michigan driver's license and clean driving record
- OSHA Forklift certification preferred
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with FIFO/LIFO inventory methods
