Responsibilities
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Manage and update inventory records using our WMS (Warehouse Management System) and ERP software.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing lists.
- Process stock transfers, returns, and damages with precision.
- Generate and maintain accurate inventory reports for management review.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to optimize stock placement and flow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1-2 years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with barcode scanners and WMS software is a plus.
