What You Will Do
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders based on pick tickets and warehouse management systems.
- Ensure products are properly labeled and packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Scan items using handheld scanners to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Keep the packing and picking aisles clean, organized, and safe.
- Assist in loading outbound trucks and maintaining shipping dock areas.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds.
- Basic math skills for counting inventory and weighing packages.
- Willingness to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliable transportation to the Boston facility.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
