Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy of stock levels.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments, verifying quantities against purchase orders.
- Maintain and update digital inventory records using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to organize stock and ensure proper storage conditions.
- Generate inventory reports and assist in stocktake preparation for quarterly reviews.
- Identify discrepancies and resolve inventory errors promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1-2 years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with barcode scanners and inventory management software.
