- Maintain accurate real-time inventory records using advanced WMS software
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies with precision
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure smooth stock flow and order fulfillment
- Generate comprehensive inventory reports for management decision-making
- Implement process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with procurement teams on stock replenishment strategies
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and operate warehouse equipment safely
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Valid Tennessee driver's license preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
