Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Maintain accurate digital inventory records using WMS software
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for stock replenishment
- Investigate and resolve inventory variances through root cause analysis
- Generate inventory reports and KPIs for operational insights
- Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory rotation protocols
- Conduct physical inventory audits quarterly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 2+ years inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of supply chain principles
