Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
- Manage and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates through performance coaching and training
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols and compliance standards
- Optimize inventory management systems and implement process improvements
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet shipping and delivery deadlines
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and efficiency of operations
- Utilize WMS software for inventory tracking and reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams of 10+ associates
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and warehouse best practices
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory management
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
