Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff to achieve daily/weekly productivity goals
- Oversee inventory control, including cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and optimize warehouse layout
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking and reporting
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
- Collaborate with transportation and procurement teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or similar)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Ability to analyze KPIs and implement corrective actions
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
