Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies in real-time
- Maintain accurate digital records using WMS and ERP systems
- Coordinate stock rotations and cycle counts for perishable goods
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and verify documentation
- Generate inventory reports for management analysis
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize storage layouts
- Implement FIFO/FEFO protocols for inventory control
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years inventory or warehouse experience preferred
- Proficient in MS Excel and inventory software (SAP, Oracle)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Forklift certification a plus
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Clear background check and drug screen required
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license
