Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using WMS software
- Maintain accurate digital and physical inventory records in real-time
- Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure optimal stock levels
- Generate monthly inventory reports for management review
- Implement cycle counting procedures to enhance accuracy
- Collaborate with procurement on stock replenishment strategies
- Support annual physical inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of OSHA safety protocols
